Living room

The apartment has a large living room (+/- 40m2) with three windows on the canal, a semi-open kitchen and one bedroom at the rear side of the house. The Merbau wooden floor reflects the light throughout the living room.

Bathroom and kitchen

There is a separate bathroom with toilet, the bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
In the kitchen you will find a refridgerator, separate freezer, convection oven and microwave, a gas cooker and a dishwasher. Of course the coffee maker and toaster are also available.

Bedroom

The bedroom is equiped with a boxspring bed with a size of 160 by 200 centimeters.  (64 by 80 inch). The living room has a German made sofa bed that offers a good rest for another two guests.

Smoking

In principle the apartment is non smoking. You can smoke however on the covered balcony at the back.
